Anime Location Hunting in Japan

Tokyo, Japan
Hida-Furukawa, Gifu Prefecture

Not study related at all, but today’s topic is for all the anime fans out there. I’m more of casual fan since I don’t watch many shows, but I do like anime movies a lot.

Ever since I first went to go see the famous steps from 君の名は in Tokyo on a whim, I became lowkey interested in seeing the real-life locations that these animated movies and dramas are based off of. This is the extent of my “weeb-ness” lol.

I personally think it’s interesting to see how the artist draws the setting similarly or differently compared to real-life.

So I compiled a list of some places you can actually go visit in Japan.
