Ease of Use:
It is pretty simple.
Content:
There are 30 practice tests that are supposed to be 10 min each. There are 2 3min mini practice tests between every 5 regular tests.
Structure:
The first part is fill-in-the-blank sentence with the correct grammar. The second part is arrange parts the sentences correctly. The third part is fill-in-the-blank in an essay.
Interactive:
Yes, because this is a practice test book. It is all multiple-choice.
Overall:
I thought that it was harder than the にほんご500問 and the ゼッタイ合格 practice test. There are a couple grammar points that are not in the TRY! N2 nor the 新完全マスターN2文法, so please be aware of that. The 500問 also has grammar points that are not in either grammar book. The last couple tests I thought were slightly harder. I feel like this type of test is either you know it or you don’t…like you can’t really guess too much from context clues.
Overall, I think it’s definitely helpful whether or not you take the JLPT or not because you can assess how well you know the N2 grammar in different contexts. N2 grammar is tough to memorize and there’s a lot of grammar points, so I recommend to make sure you have a good handle on it before you tackle this review book.
